bittersweet reality

we went to my dad's province last weekend because it was his uncle's funeral. i wasn't that close to my dad's relatives before and i don't know much about them not until last weekend. my mom and dad introduced me to my relatives from my dad's side that i haven't met before. i'm happy and glad i met them, but sad at the same time thinking that i won't (supposedly!) have the opportunity to meet them early/last weekend if not because of my dad's uncle's (whom i call lolo= grandpa) death and funeral.

P.S. may lolo Dadoy's soul rest in peace.
